Vodacom

<p>I am not a Vodacom customer, but my details was provided to vodacom as a reference by someone who has now defaulted on their debt. TS legal services is the partner for vodacom on debt collection, and has been harassing me for months to get hold of this person, even though I have repeatedly told them that I have not heard from them in almost a year. They have now started calling me at work and calling my parents to get hold of me if I dont answer. I have tried to log a complaint with TS legal, but was told that nobody would call me back if I could not give them more details and when I tried to log the complaint with vodacom, i could not proceed as the IVR only offer 2 options 1 - for debt collectore 2 - the debtor who is now able to pay the debt. I dont understand why I am being harassed in this way when I am not the one who defaultted on their debt. I just want Vodacom's partner to leave me alone, surely I have rigjhts here as I did not agree for my details to be used for the application and did not agree for my info to be passed on to this company. What about POPI?????</p>
