App**** online for a cellphone contract, the rep didn’t disclose that it’s pre-owned . so I returned it and canceled my contract within the grace period. A month later I get my credit report with a 20 point drop for a missed payment from Vodacom. Customer contact center isn’t willing to rectify this, when I go to their branch they can’t assist as it was an online application. Worst service ever!! Absolute nightmare!!
