Vodacom

Vodacom is useless, they ***** people. My wife has a contract with them when you take an airtime advance it is included on your statement for your monthly payment even though you pay when you recharge with airtime. They service is pathetic as no one is willing to give you answers all you get is please rate my services... imagine you haven't been assisted but you must rate someone who's *********** to do their job in providing a service. They need to be boycotted to get their house in order since we are treated as numbers not as customers.
