Vodacom

Was mislead by a Nontsikelelo from the marketing department at Vodacom about receiving a Tecno Spark cellphone for free. I received an email with an upgrade quote of R418. 98. I was told that I would be receiving an email that would confirm the telephonic conversation, no mention of charges, never mind a 36 month contract! And she called the following day with the same information, forgetting she had called the previous day!
