Vodacom 082135 misery and ITC number continuing

Continued no response on obtaining anITC number using Vodacom's 082135 number. It is now six days of the same message of being having"high volumes"of calls.to either wait which then divert to digital options or to call again. I really would like to know where does one obtain an ITC number apart from on this 082135 facility in order to get a case file number from the police for insurance purposes. My number is *** in case Vodacom really want to assist. I did get a reply by email but suspect it is automatically generated.
