Vodacom 082135 - A firewall against queries?

082135 Saga to obtain an ITC number for Case-file number for insurance purposes. Having found a way how to use the menu on 082135 to actually get a human on the other end of the line was a major achievement.Yet, getting Vodacom to send a form which can be completed in order for the ITC number to be issued remains an illusion for now. I have contacted Vodacom on three occasions since 14/09/2019 on 082135,spoke to an agent who was human who took my mail address to no avail. No form appeared in my inbox. On the 23rd of October 2019 I received a call from a very to the point agent attempting to solve my soon to be months old query. First he commented that their emails to me could have been ending up in my spam folder.I checked and nothing to that effect was in my spam folder. We then agreed that this form will be sent to my gmail as well as my .co.za address. Up to now more than a week no email arrived at either one of the two addresses. I am at the end of my wits with this .My daughter suggested writing maybe a short piece for publication in one of the newspapers on this experience.
