VODACOM *** LINE HOLDING FOREVER

On 1 Feb 19 I submitted an online claim and it said theres a turnaround time of 48 hours and still nothing . Monday 4 Feb 19 i submitted my documents via email. i called in on Tuesday 5 Feb 19 ********** been calling for than 1 hr 30 min call keeps cutting to ask if my documents were received when I finally got hold of an Agent the consultant said she sees nothing on her side, so the Agent gave me her email address to send documentation to I resend my documents again. Im still not getting any response on from the consultant on email on progress. Wednesday, 6 Feb 19 been calling ********** the call cuts and have to start from the beginning been calling for than 1hr 30 min.

What must I do to be helped with my claim?????
