Vodacom

I have been with Vodacom for years. I have always had amazing service BUT now I am disgusted! I went to a store in Desember to buy out my contract and change my two numbers to pay as you go. Now they took the amount of money to cancel my contracts but its still active. I keep phoning and emaill all the documentation to cancel my contracts. When you phone they hare super helpful and apparently they have received all my info and payments and that they will work on it to cancel my contracts. Empty promises!!! I am totally so over this!!!!
