Vodacom

My daughter went on a study visa to Germany for 6 months. When she came back her phone number didn't work. This number she had for years was suddenly not working and showing as invalid. Vodafone delete it without letting her know or asking if she is still using it. She can't use any of her apps because the number was attached to it. It has caused so much inconvenience as she now has to ask family members to phone on her behalf and she can't be connected to any of the companies she app**** for jobs and bursaries. She's in the dark about any feedback in her personal or professional life.

No one at Vodacom is assisting or can assist her and it is so disheartening. Thinking about taking Vodafone to court to compensate of all her loses.

Your explanation above is not even worth looking into.

You want her to take out a new contract with a new phone (she have one already) for two more years, with no guarantee that she will get her old number back. She is a customer of Vodacom for 20 years, and thats the treatment she gets. The workers at your walkin centre' can't even assist her or help her or giving advise what to do.

How is it that the only option to get her number back is financially benefitting her your rather put a poor student with no income into more debt.

The scheme to delete your customers numbers is only benefitting Vodacom financially. How sad.

No communication from Vodacom to say or let there users know that your policies changed. NOT EVEN A WARNING YOU NUMBER WILL BE DELETED SOON. Is that how you treat them.

Vodacom don't care about there clients they just on a hunt for financial gane for themselfs WITH POOR OR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RATE YOU 0/10.

With this kind off attitude Vodacom will be bankrupt soon.
