Vodacom

Vodacom pathetic service, a have had a cancellation request pending or not been auctioned after numerous call request, I eventually managed to get a incident number and I further requested for vodacom to refund my installments for 8 months , a man called me 2 weeks ago at 8/9 PM at night..he assured me that 7 installments will be refunded due to an arrears rule with in vodacom ( didntmake sense didn't bother to make a fuss ) all I want is my 7 installments paid out to my bank account xbox he further advised the refund will be processed to my vodacom account in case there was arrears of some sort this will 7 days and from therein will get a SMS confirming such and I will further request for excess monies to be transferred to my bank account ,at the time there were no arrears, I have called in emailed ***, to no avail... my emails are been ignored , no one in the call center knows about this call , I want my credit paid for the cancelled line into my bank account .. ...The complaints department does not, even care to respond...I now have an arrear amount with vodacom of 275 , they are SMS, calling and trying all attempts to get this money however I must beg for my money back , I landed in this situation in the first place due to their incompetence, I will take this further than hello Peter should my matter fall on further dead ears ... dstop sending me SMS for a stupid 275 and refund me for 7/8 months of 182 installments ..it was confirmed on a recorded line that a vodacom agent called me and promised exactly what I have mentioned above, I don't and won't explain this to another agent . I want my money ..I want my money this is the first step I am taking , I request for feedback .. the problem with these call centers and chain of command if no one is professional and strong enough to deal with an unhappy client .. answer questions and queries effectively ..who can I client go directly too to be dealt with efficiently and effectively.. bad service Danielle ***.. manager at vodacom call me ..
