Worst customer service(over the phone) ever, nothing but impatient and rude staff from my experience

Would not suggest getting a 'contract' with vodacom to anyone

Do not set up a debt order with this company rather pay eft

Took twice the amount of my contract & invoice without any notification at all

This can financially cripple people who have budgeted for their month ahead

Inform your customers if you are going to charge them extra and send them the correct amounts on the invoice

Dont invoice me R100 and take R500

Pathetic...
