Vodacom 0/10 rating
Vodacom must be officially be the worst company ever. First of all my wife as a third party is not allowed to receive my parcel for me as I'm on the road 24/7. Secondly of all, they tell me I can send it to a shop and collect at the shop and now, RAM tells me they at the shop and I'm not at the shop. Wow. Obviously not as I'm travelling and the consultant told me i can do it like that.

06 Oct 2023, 11:18Still no call from Vodacom and to make it worst, they give RAM notice to only drop my phone next week at the same wrong address after i spend probably 3 hours with them on the phone trying to sort this out and give them the right detail and still they get it wrong. I am done with Vodacom.
