Vodacom
The customer service is non-existant. I tried to call, send an email, even visited a shop and the response is mostly the same. The shop said I app**** online they can't help me, Toby - well it is a robot. Call center - I sent the email with relevant information and still no response.
I only wish to cancel the insurance on a handset.
Not a good experience with Vodacom
