Vodacom 0 for 2

Further to previous complaint in November when speaking to one of the supervisors I also asked why the 4G data service was so bad. I recieved a telephone call in late November from a person who not only did not identity himself but mumbled also inaudibly , after a lenghty discussion he identitfied himself as a Vodacom Technician who wanted access to my property to do readings , I did not sanction this and explained that he could get just as good a reading from my gate. I was not contacted prior to him just pitching up in the area , with the high crime rate I am vigilant and will not let anyone on my premisis without prior arrangement and my presence. He was going to do the readings and let me know , as I had not heard anything from Vodacom I called them up today and was told they are going to install a tower , asked when this would happen was told I dont know. Sounds like a blow off to me just to get me off their backs
