Vodaco. Insurance false contact details

Trying to cancel my vodacom insurance on two cellphone contracts i cancelled, devices sold and still paying insurance. The insurance dept contact details on the internet state no do not exist, email on internet site bounce back, through vodacom call centre when they transfer you just deop the call. Do you still exist vodacom insurance? You take my money without fail but supply false details on the internet. I have notified vodacom cancellation and insurance on 17 Aug 22 already and only end of Oct 22 my conttacts are cancelled but have to be content to continue paying insurance. What is your contact details? I would like to see a reply please.
