Vodacm Misleading Consumer with Lies and False Promises

<p>I received a call on Friday 21/04/2017 From The Sales department, they approved my contract and promised delivery the next week +-Tuesday.</p> <p>The cofirmation department called (Refilwe)Monday and said im mistaken as deliverey will take place only from the 5th May.</p> <p>I told her that this is not correct as the sales lady promised stock is in and i will receive by Tuesday.</p> <p>Refilwe called warehouse and confirmed stock is in and i will receive next day Tuesday.</p> <p>Today i called to do folllow up, and the after sales department told me sorry there is no stock and they cant say when i will receive.</p> <p>I told them this is false advertising and lying to the consumer and i want my phone as promised by today.</p> <p>They were absolutely unapologetic and said basically sorry but nothing can be done.</p> <p>Im extremely upset as if from the beginning they said we will notify you when we will deliver it would have saved me all the calls and waiting on the phone.</p> <p>i will complain to the consumer protection act if not reloved soon and make noise via media platforms if not resolved soonest.</p> <p> </p>
