Vodacim signal a problem fir all in 80km raduis

I have placed a review here a few day's ago about the very huge problem we all have with Vodacom signal in a radius of 60km so far no one has contacted me only Telkom did contact me bit after me sending them a area location 2 day's ago i have not heard any feedback again. Hoping this huge problem for all will get resolved as when driving on the road you can not get even emergency services phoned or at work or at Home nowhere! Hope Vodacom and Telkom can resolve this in a radius of 60km to 80km please!
