Vodaccom poor service
I have been trying to get Fibre with Vodaccom Fibre and the experience has been pathetic to say the least. The sevice from Vodaccom is ubealivable its like you are getting this Fibre for free and you begging for it you speak to diiferent consultants each giving you different information everytime you call or when they call you. I really wish l did not choose Vodaccom as lm really frustrated right now. Vuma has done installation instead of Vodaccom activating the service they keep sending me routers l now have 3 routers and for what really .hat kind of service is this, I am very disappointed with Vodaccom and really wishto cancel this whole thing coz this is not acceptable SR***, SR***, SO*** l have all these references for what l dont know each one with different stories. Can you activate my Fibre and stop sending me routers PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!VERY FRUSTRATED WITH VODACCOM
