Vodacare Somerset West - bait & switch 1of3

Approximately a month ago my phone was handed in to Vodacare Repair Centre Somerset West via Vodashop Eikestad mall for repairs. Two weeks later I am informed that my phone is ready for collection. Upon my arrival, the Vodashop consultant advised that the notes on repair sheet say faulty battery. We then tested a new battery and low and behold, the phone was still doing exactly the same thing. A call was made to Vodacare and once again my phone was sent back to them. The following week I received a call from a very rude agent, from the Vodacare repair centre telling me my phone has liquid damage and they will be taking it out of warranty. When I asked how that can be as the phone was said to have a battery problem and has been in there's and the Vodashop's possession most of the time since initial submission, she very accusingly and rudely tells me: I don't know, YOU should know.\ they have photos of the inside of the phone.

Since then it's been back and forth and they indeed sent me pictures of A liquid damaged phone.

*** Please note this is page one of three"
