Vodacare Repairs Cresta & Alisom Repairs in Pretoria - Shocking service...

Took my daughters iPhone6 into Vodacare Repairs at Cresta on the 6th of June, it was handed in and sent off to Alisom Repairs in Pretoria for assessment, job number ***7. The phone was there for a week and my daughter received messages and then on the 13th of June Alisom Repairs sent a sms saying the phone was ready for collection. Not on 1 of the sms's was there an amount for fixing or a insurance claim. My daughter went to Vodacare Repairs at Cresta on the 14th of June to collect her phone. The lady who helped her, gave her her phone and said it was beyond repairs and that she would have to come back because I was not with her and claim through Insurance - Vodacom Insurance at that. I went back that day to let them know I had Vodacom Insurance and why did the phone come back unrepaired and insurance never got hold of me. I then had to hand the phone back in again with a new job number - ***3 - 14th of June. My daughter received an sms on the 14th of June saying her phone would be sent to Alisom Repairs, since then she has received No SMS's. I called Alisom Repairs today 26th of June to find out what is happening, they informed me that they have not received the phone. I then called Vodacare Repairs Cresta and spoke to a lady called Johanna, who informed me that the phone was only collected on Saturday the 22nd of June and taken through to Alisom Repairs in Pretoria. She said she would call them and get back to me - Needless to say I did NOT hear from her again. I then called Vodacare Repairs Cresta again at 1:20pm today and spoke to a Lynelle who then called the Manager at Alisom Repairs and said he was on the road but he asked her to send an email with the job number and my contact details to him and he would get back to her on what is happening with my daughter's phone. She would call me back - Needless to say I have NOT heard from her either. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY DAUGHTER'S PHONE THAT IS INSURED. 6th of June handed in and it is now the 26th of June???

Reviewer Update
So now my daughter's phone has been sent back to Vodacare Repairs Cresta. I was never notified by sms that it was there, I had to call them on Thursday the 11th of JULY, to be told that yes it is there. They do not know why I was not notified!!! Vodacom Insurance did call me the week before and explained I could either have a refurbished phone or get a new phone to the value of R7500 with a higher excess, which is what I opted for. On Friday the 12th of JULY I went in to get a new phone BUT there was no quotation from Vodacom Insurance and Vodacare called Vodacom Insurance to find out that the phone lines were not working, so they emailed Vodacom Insurance and I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to respond so I could get my daughter a new phone. Needless to say no-one rep**** and I had to leave my daughters old phone there with all my documentation and go with No New Phone.... I seriously cannot believe being insured directly with Vodacom is such a nightmare.... I have heard from No-One again and my daughters phone is not back with her. It is Now the 14th of July - first handed in on the 6th of June. This service is totally unacceptable and I am really Not Impressed At All. Will never insure a phone with Vodacom directly again. I want a New Phone for my daughter, this has been Long Enough Now!!
