Vodacare Cresta

<p>I'm seriously unimpressed with the lack of service that I'm receiving from Vodacare Cresta!!! I've called in regarding a repair on my phone that would have been delivered to them today, 20-11-2016 and I've been on hold for 15mins to which I cut the call and called back and for the last 20mins after me cutting the call, I've not been able to reach them. I do understand that they could be rather busy, but I have not received any feedback from from them regarding my phone in fact zero communication at all. And I don't think this is fair. </p>
