Vodabucks withheld

I wanted to purchase Nandos vouchers from my account and there was a technical error. Customer services now tells me it will take 10 days to return the vodabucks. Now this is not so fair vodacom. We save thise vodabucks to use them as and when needed.. Shouldn't they be returned immediately so I can use them? I know its a value added service but it was also promised to me can it be efficient
