Vodabucks - wheres my order??

I made a purchase 3 weeks ago on the vodabucks south africa store. I have not yet received 2 of my items. And after many calls and emails and a previous post here i still have had no feedback from vodacom. Feels like a corporate *****ing my money with no accountability
