VodaBucks? VodaSucks!
Have tried, without luck, to get the items I ordered on 26 November delivered. The SMSs received promise delivery within 5 to 7 working days. I haven't received my items (a TV, lightbulbs and a kids toy) and it's been 10.woeking days.
Phoning the call centre is terrible. Every time you get a different phone number for the VodaBucks store, and nine of them work!
Please help! I'm worried and won't recommend purchasing from VodaBucks again.
