Vodabucks unfairness

Not sure how to explain this but since the very start I never had any issue with Vodacom or the Vodabucks. But now I keep winning coffee or shakes from Kauai. Where my issue comes in is that the only Kauai restaurant in the whole of Rustenburg is in the inside of the Virgen active gym. I went to the gym to ask for my coffee which I won but the consultant didn't want me to have my coffee as I am not a Virgen active member. I left there with my hands in my hair and forgot about it. Another prize was won and it was smoothies this time. I went back to the Kauai restaurant but again I was told I need to pay R250 to become a member for me to receive my prize smoothie. Now I have 6 coffees and 3 smoothies I won but I am not allowed to get it as I am not a member of the gym. I don't know now anymore please assist me with a different prize as this is just not fair.
