I previously reviewed vodabucks as a ****. I bought an article with my vodabucks, never received it, never got credit. They called me once and said it would be resolved, but without success. If you phone vodacom's helpline, they say they have nothing to do with vodabucks. So they give you a number to call that also has nothing to do with vodabucks. Just an automated time wasting menu that has nothing about vodabucks in the options.
