Vodabucks Store unable to assist with my Purchase

Good day ,

I have purchased the Huawei Mini Bluetooth Speaker on the 30th of November 2020 through voda bucks store. I haven't received the parcel yet. I contacted RAM with the reference numbers (purchase ID & Order Number )I received via sms and through vodacom customer centre Unfortunately RAM can not assist as they said they unable to pick up any details regarding the parcel using the Purchase ID, Ref Number or order Number received from Vodacom.

I have escalated the matter several times with Vodacom call centre since the 14th of December and the agents informed me they have not received any feedback from the office above.

Please help as the delivery dates have long passed. I can be reached on *** / ***

As I reported my matter on the 28th of December. I still haven't got any feedback. Worse part I have to regularly make a follow-up which I do not get any proper feedback in return.

I would like to request for refund urgently!!!
