VodaBucks Store Purchase - Did Not Receive SMS to Redeem Products Purchased
I have made purchases on the VodaBucks store on the 9 December 2022. I have not received all of the sms’s to redeem the products. Tried calling the call centre and was told there is no department that can assist me telephonically and that I have to sent an email. I have sent an email, received a reference number but no response to date. Your service is terrible.
