Vodabucks store problems with NO customer service
Problems with the Vodabucks store with NO help and even managers that does not understand your problem. No resolution of my problems. The special on the vodabucks app does not correlate with the sms and voucher received causing me to pay way more than what I would have paid without using their voucher system.

A consultant did make contact yesterday late afternoon and ask me to sent an email back to him which I did this morning. I have not received anything back and my concern is the fact that my Tick has been closed last night already without resolution. YOU cover yourself with still no resolution of the problem.... already 2 days later!!!
