Vodabucks store is useless

I placed an order through the vodabucks store, a gift. The app and the confirmation sms says 5-7 working days delivery. I ordered 2 items, an xbox and a watch. The watch was delivered, the incorrect watch. The xbox is not delivered and today is day 7, their last chance before the long weekend. The reference number or the order number given has no use as it can not be used to track my order. When I call there is no help as they can not track the order. I would only get the RAM courier waybill number for tracking in the day of delivery by sms. So how exactly do I track my order? It's impossible. No idea when it will arrive and I am furious. No support from customer care.
