Vodabucka store is *******, so easy to buy and difficult to get a refund. I purchased shoes only to find that they are out of stock. There is no information on how to get a refund. I had to phone the airtime department just to speak to someone and obviously the consultant was useless. I feel ******. You can't take people's money and not have a refund option.
