VODABUCKS STORE IS A **** AND REWARDS DEPT *****S

Vodacom vodabucks store or rewards department is a **** and ***** . they put all these coupons on and then tell u to use your vodabucks which u do. I bought vouchers fot pick and pay . didn't even receive an sms with tracking number called twice transferred from this department to that department . still nothing today I called again spoke to nosipho in rewards that told me sorry but we won't refund ur vodabucks and the coupons expired oh and sorry its ur fault for calling the wrong department seriously ! This is ridiculous if u can't run the service properly then cancel it coz its of no use to anyone to deal with ur empty promises
