Vodabucks store is a complete joke. I made a purchase on the vodabucks store this morning and 8 hours later have still not received my order confirmation sms. The payment has been approved by the bank and the money has already been taken from my account. Vodacom customer care is completely *********** and useless and you should never phone them for help. As it stands currently Vodacom has ****** from me and are too useless to even try make contact with me.
