VODABUCKS store is a ****
Horrible experience with the Vodabucks department! I purchased an item at the end of November 2024 and I have been trying to return it since then. I have called everyday to enquire when the courier will come and collect it but I get no answer. This is ridiculous service!!! I just want to return my order and receive a refund that is all. what is so difficult about it.
