Vodabucks store ***********

On 14/12/2022 I purchased a Samsung Freestyle Projector from the vodabucks store. It was supposed to be for a Christmas gift (If it actually arrived). Vodacom used Ram Couriers to deliver the projector. Ram never once contacted me for delivery, despite phoning Ram numerous times asking for updates. Eventually on 19/12/2022 Ram returned to the parcel to Vodacom. I have made countless calls to Vodacom's Vodabucks department for a resolution on this. Each time they tell me "it has been escalated and someone will call me back within 72 hours", which never happens. I have to constantly keep calling the call centre and waste 15-45 mins each call, just to be told the same thing over and over. There is never a manager or a supervisor available and no one takes the issue seriously. I am at the point now where I am going to have to report this issue for legal attention as Vodacom cannot fulfil my order or refund my money. In future I'll rather buy in store than online where there is zero accountability.
