ordered a playstation on black friday was then sent a message that item will be despatched from digital planet its now been 2 months and all i get is reference numbers digital planet have been very helpfull as they where firt to contact me and tell me that vodacom had cancelled my order yet digital planet having stock of the item up to today still no refund on my vodabucks

i then purchased 3 kaiser chiefs jerseys and a frozen back pack same as the above all vodacom do is refer you digital planet with a long reference number only for you to be told that your orders have been cancelled and no refund been with vodacom for over 18years now i thing its time to change empty promises and bull**** service not even a courtesy call to apolagise apparantely i have to go into a store for them to query it as they cant do it over the phone
