Vodabucks Store
Bought an I Phone6 via the VodaBucks Store on the 03rd of October. When querying where in the process it is (which in it's self is a process). The issued order ref number cannot be located and after numerous mails sent to *** my query has not been resolved. VODACOM PRIDES ITSSELF AS A 4IR COMPANY, WITH THIS PATETHIC LEVEL OF SERVICE MAYBE CONSIDER GOING BACK TO BRICK AND MORTAR STORES, CAUSE YOU ARE DEFINETLY NOT A 4IR COMPANY.
