VODABUCKS SEEMS LIKE A HOAX

Hi.. I placed an order through the Vodabucks store last week. No order number has been received, nor any confirmation of order, and the points have been deducted. But no one at vodacom seems to be able to assist me no matter hw many times i call. They keep sending me to different departments, where i get transfered to someone else. Eventually i get directed to customer care again and the whole process starts once more.
