Vodabucks returns

Purchased an item from vodabucks store paid for unfortunately was the wrong size item was returned and courier picked and returned to flook warehouse. Still have no idea when I'm getting my refund or credit as the agent that was assisting said she will only forward me the email address for refund once item is returned have even forwarded the waybill still waiting for a response poor service won't be purchasing again from the store.
