Vodabucks loyalty not transparent
Vodabucks loyalty scheme t's&c's are available online, but it doesn't really explain earning rules and incentives. Phoning Vodacom ends in about 10 minutes to get rid of Tobi before you can speak to an agent. They have no info on Vodabucks, and provides a number that no longer exist when dialed. Up to May 2022 Vodabucks earning was incentivized on the app up to 100VB per earning goal. In June it fell to 20VB and in July to 10VB. Now it is gone altogether. Why is it so difficult for Vodacom to communicate with millions of Vodabucks members on their website or other means? The app provides for buck unlocks and redemptions - that is it - no information, no contact.
