Vodabucks items not deliverd and order showing complete

I have made an order on one of my 3 existing contracts on witch I use the Vodabucks I orderd 2 products and only received one, the order shows as complete but I only have one of the products, the help line sends you to Toby witch is the most useless of all help interfaces you could possibly use, I have already closed two of my lines with the worst service I have ever experienced trying to close them, I believe my time has come to make the move to MTN
