Vodabucks item not received months later!

I would give a zero if i could. I ordered an item in November and have still not received it. I have tried to contact them countlessly. They say they will get back to you but they dont. Problem is never resolved. How many others have they done it to. Because they are a big company its difficult to get anywhere with a case. ****************. Very sad
