Vodabucks is useless

Vodabucks is a complete failure. Why can't you use it to buy airtime and sms bundles like you used to when you still got talking points? Always used to get talking points on my top-up contract when I recharge, but now nothing. Vodabucks is a complete disgrace. Please adjust/redefine/amend so that you can use Vodabucks to buy airtime/data/sms bundles. I have 662 vodabucks that I can do absolutely nothing with.
