Vodabucks is a **** Awaiting link for payment from the traveling agency in oder to book flights they are however delaying the process

Vodacom has been running a vodabucks competition that makes you redeem your vodabucks for discounts on Flights, However i have redeemed 1500 vodabucks to get a R1000 Discount on the flights scheduled in March. However i have been in contact with the travel agency call flight sight. The total with the discount vouchers amounted to R498, I However contacted the travel agency and inquired how do i go about making a payment. The Travel agent on duty request that she requires my Identification document however i sent it through to her the following day in order for her to send me a link so i could make the payment. I am however still awaiting a response. Today 3 days later i request the link to do the payment , the travel agency gets back to me and tell me that the amount is R1389 that i have to pay, The last day to make use of these vouchers is the 31st Jan 2020, if it takes me a week to receive a link i am going to forfeit these vouchers vodabucks have proven to be a ****. I wouldn't recommend vodacom network to anybody its not the first time that i have been ****med.
