Vodabucks is a deceiving scheme

Vodabucks is the biggest **** under the sun. Its clear that Vodacom makes no effort in properly maintaining the vodabucks scheme. Just about every single product is for sale with cash only. Probably about 3 out of 100 products can be partially bought with vodabucks, and by partially, they would have you spend roughly 4000 vodabucks which is worth a measly 2-300 rand. Its all just a ploy to entice you to their network. Waste of time. Id rather move to MTN, they have better value packages and probably better network quality.

I still haven't received a call from Vodacom, not surprisingly, an absolutely useless company. Vodabucks is going to expire in 2 days, still can't purchase anything. Everything can only be bought for full cash value, they are just disguising themselves but are in fact a normal online store. Nothing special for Vodacom customers with the vodabucks program. The value given to vodabucks is also ridiculous, they have a ****** deciding values, some items use about 4000 vodabucks for just 200 rand value. Absolute waste of time.

Also, after 20 min of holding on the phone for the vodabucks store manager at the call centre, I get cut off. Worst service you can ever experience. I would consider a state owned company over Vodacom
