Vodabucks gone without notice.

I spent over two years collecting voda bucks and was not advised that it will expire. About 3 months ago I lost over 10 000 voda bucks and I want to know if vodacom is going to do anything to assist me with some sort of compensation not the small amount of vodabucks they left me with. Some people actually take this ***in thing serious and save for a reason. So I want my 10000 vodabucks back. You advised on the talking points but not the vodabucks
