Vodabucks earned not allocated
I downloaded an app for the 1st time and was informed to use it by the 20th/dec/2020 I'll earn 120 voda bucks, i used it i bought airtime i bought whatsap ticket but still there is no vodabucks, i called the call centre the lady told me they cannot assist me as she also doesn't know why i didn't get it, it means i had the app b4 i told her that i never had it b4. Is Vodacom really ******** us or what??
