Vodabucks

Don't even bother to spend Vodabucks. I ordered Krispy Kreme donuts for my kids, used 210 vb and R69. This was on the 22 October. I have had emails back and forth. They phoned me on a number I had canceled months ago, not even the number the vb were from. When I finally got through to 082135 I was told to phone, at my own expense, 'planet delivery???'. When I contacted them they referred me straight back to 082135! They transferred me to another department who said that they will "escalate" the query and I should call back on Monday or Tuesday. It should be resolved in 5 working days.....all this #@$% for donuts. AND I found out it happens frequently!!! NOT IMPRESSED!!! I now have 2 very disappointed children and their friends say they are glad their parents have MTN. THANKS NOT!!!!!!
