Vodabucks
It has been 6 months since I made a purchase on the Vodabuck Shop for a pair of sunglasses with my Vodabucks. To date I have had no joy in receiving this item. I've repeatedly contacted Vodacom to no avail. I even visited The Vodacom shop in Tzaneen and explained the problem to them. The agent there mailed, (which I wrote in the shop) my query to Vodacom upon which she responded by saying that she would phone me with an answer. This never happened. Really dissatisfied with the service from Vodacom
