Vodabucks are essentially a ****.

This Vodacom Shake Every day story seems to be taking advantage of the people who not very smart. I mean who wants to WIN a discount? "Stand a chance to win BIG PRIZES! We will give you a 10% discount on your R5 airtime purchase!" What is the point? Then you get these VodaBucks. An utterly useless currency. The things in the VodaBucks store are so pathetic. You can't even buy half the stuff with Vodabucks. It only gives you another discount voucher. You have to pay 80 vodabucks and R159 real money to get a R200 coupon for Nando's. The R41 I saved came from me spending money at Vodacom to get useless vodabucks which probably cost me about R41 to achieve. So I don't save anything and Vodacom gets my R159 instead of Nando's. It's a **** and only Vodacom wins. This is undermining the client base and I find it very disrespectful to abuse people who cannot see the ****s in play by the monopoly corporations.
